| This is where I share a current design or project. These can be client driven and sometimes they are Bill driven. I like to experiment and I will draw my inspiration from anything that influences me. I look at architecture, fashion and nature for a starting place and then infuse the purpose with the presence. Everything has a function and a character and that's where I push my designs. It's a thing... |
"Peanut butter was never meant for jelly, you have to constantly experiment to find combinations that work together" |
| This is a personal design, I want to create a cabinet for a new flat-screen TV. I am looking to do something a little old and a little new. I usually start out drawing a design then I'll start looking for materials and I won't hesitate to alter the design if I see a characteristic of a material that lends to another design. Here I used Maple and Cherry woods to create depth. |
| I've found that upholstery tacks make for a distinctive edge trim and add to the cabinets durability. I also used a double hinge technique to allow the door to fold completely away. The shelves are adjustable and have pre drilled holes for cords and venting. |
