These cabinets are part of my
Papyrus line.

The cabinets to the left were an
experiment using the technique of
painting the material prior to
shaping. I used a material called
Omega Board which is a vinyl
coated plywood (a very common
material used in sign construction)
it allowed the paint to achieve a
high gloss affect and a high level of
durability.

The cabinet above I simply call
"Tree" I am always searching for
new materials, on the doors I used
an embossed styrene that mimics
leather with silver overtones, again
very durable.

The cabinet in the middle is called
"Rock" this was the first purple
piece I ever built and I added
unique handles that resemble vines
and grapes.

If you notice the display area of the
cabinets, this is a decoupage of
treated paper that I found at a craft
store. It makes my stuff "my stuff"
It's a thing...
There is no right or wrong when it
comes to art. It's one of the few
things in life that records no score.
